  • NYBOT Announces Amendments To Rule 6.19 - Position Limits For Cotton No. 2sm Contracts

    The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), announced today that it has amended its Rule 6.19, governing Cotton No. 2sm speculative position limits, to increase the Any Single Month limit to 3,500 futures equivalent contracts. This new limit is identical to that of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) for the Any Single Month category. The amendment will be effective on July 11, 2007.

  • Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

    Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The unitholders of Shiningbank Energy Income Fund (TSX:SHN.UN) and PrimeWest Energy Trust (TSX:PWI.UN) have approved the merger of the two trusts, the result of which will operate under the name PrimeWest Energy Trust.
