  • Clearstream’s Custody Business Continues Growth In May 2007

    Clearstream processed 2.43 million international transactions in May 2007, a 2 percent rise over May 2006 (2.38 million). Of these transactions, 75 percent were Over the Counter (OTC) transactions and 25 percent were registered as stock exchange transactions. Domestic settlement transactions in Germany stood at 3.94 million compared to 4 million for the same month last year. Of these transactions 63 percent were stock exchange transactions and 37 percent OTC transactions.
