BIDS Trading Selects CameronFIX To Provide FIX Connectivity For Their Alternative Trading System

BIDS Trading the newly formed alternative trading system (ATS) designed to increase competition and liquidity in the U.S. equity block trading market, announced today that they have signed an agreement with Orc Software (SSE: ORC). Orc Software, the leading global provider of technology for advanced trading, market making and brokerage, will provide BIDS Trading with their CameronFIX Universal Server for FIX order flow and connectivity.

AIAF To Admit Foreign-Currency Issues To Trading - The Start-Up Of This Service Was Made Possible With The Collaboration Of IBERCLEAR

AIAF, BME’s private fixed-income market, will now admit for trading issues, by both Spanish and foreign issuers, in four of the main currencies other than the euro: the US dollar, pound sterling, the Swiss franc and the Japanese yen. These currencies make up 85% of foreign-currency issues by Spanish issuers.

As previously announced, on June 6, 2007, the Board of Directors of NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) declared an annual cash dividend of $1.00 per share, payable on a quarterly basis. The first quarterly dividend of $0.25 will be paid on July 13, 2007 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2007.

From now on the Berlin Stock Exchange will have only one name: Börse Berlin. Henceforth both the private corporation and the exchange which is governed by public law will be united under only one roof-brand: „Börse Berlin“. The annulment of the treaty was the last hurdle on the way to renaming the stock exchange in “Börse Berlin”. The name “Börse Berlin-Bremen” now formally belongs to the past.
