First Turbo Certificates On Five US Stocks Newly Listed On GPW

- At the moment, these are the only certificates on US stocks traded on GPW

COX Energy To Start Trading In BME Growth On 3 July

The Board of Directors of the Market has approved the listing of COX ENERGY on 3 July following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by the Coordination and Admission Committee. This is the fifth company to join this BME market so far this year and the first company to be listed on both BME Growth and the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The UK Prudential Regulation Authority Consults On Major Elements Of The New Solvency UK Framework, With Measures To Simplify The Framework, Improve Flexibility, And Support Growth And Competitiveness

The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) is consulting today on a major set of reforms to Solvency II with the aim of creating a new UK regulatory regime for insurance firms, known as Solvency UK, which is better adapted to the UK insurance market. The proposals include further streamlining of reporting requirements for all firms and substantially simplifying and improving the flexibility in the assessment of internal models. They will also foster new entrants into the UK insurance market by easing entry of new firms and simplifying the regulation of international insurers operating through branches.

HKEX Signs Cooperation Agreement With Beijing Stock Exchange

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is pleased to announce it has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE). BME: The MARF Registers A New Securitisation Bonds Programme For 200 Million Euros Of Pensium

BME's fixed income market, MARF, has admitted to trading a new EUR 200 million bond issuance programme of the Pensium ESG I Securitisation Fund. The new programme will allow Pensium Direct, the Fund's transferor, to access the fixed income markets in a flexible manner to finance its activity and growth.
