Seagate Technology To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning November 10, 2008

Seagate Technology (Nasdaq:STX) of the Cayman Islands, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index(r) (Nasdaq:NDX) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE) prior to market open on Monday, November 10, 2008. Seagate Technology will replace Monster Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq:MNST).

(DJHFI), today announced that it will temporarily suspend publication of the Dow Jones Hedge Fund Equity Long/Short and Equity Market Neutral Strategy Benchmarks, effective November 3 until further notice. The Dow Jones Hedge Fund Balanced Portfolio Indexes (DJHFBPIs) also will be suspended.

Kansas City Board Of Trade October Volume And Open Interest

The Kansas City Board of Trade trading volume for the month of October totaled 279,507 contracts for the exchange as a whole. Hard red winter wheat futures volume amounted to 266,231 contracts.

CBOE Surpasses One-Billion-Contract Volume Year To Date And Posts All-Time Record Monthly Volume In October - During October, 134.2 Million Contracts Traded With ADV 5.8 Million Contracts

Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today reported that year-to-date volume surpassed one billion contracts for the first time in the Exchange's history as 1.034 billion contracts changed hands through October (average daily volume of 4.9 million contracts). In addition, October was CBOE's most active month ever as 134.2 million contracts were traded versus 89.0 million in October 2007.
