In October 2008, SIX Swiss Exchange, SWX Europe and Scoach Switzerland recorded a collective turnover of CHF 196.4 billion, a 6.6% increase over the previous month. ETF trading reached an all-time high with a turnover of CHF 7.6 billion (+95.42% versus the prior-month reading and +183.65% compared to October 2007).
