Christian Reuss Scoach CEO Since 1 June 2009

Christian Reuss is to assume the role of CEO of Scoach Schweiz AG and Scoach Europa AG, Frankfurt, with effect from 1 June 2009. He comes to this position from the Public Distribution department of Goldman Sachs in Zurich and Frankfurt, responsible for Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy. Prior to that, he held posts in Goldman Sachs’ Equity Derivates Flow Sales and Institutional Research Sales departments in Frankfurt and London. Appointment Of Charles Li As The Next Chief Executive Of HKEx And Renewal Of Senior Executives' Contracts

The Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has appointed Charles Li to succeed Paul Chow as the chief executive of HKEx and an ex-officio member of the Board, effective 16 January 2010. Mr Chow will retire from his current office on 15 January 2010. To ensure a smooth transition, Mr Li will join HKEx on 16 October this year. HKEx announced in March last year that Mr Chow planned to retire from HKEx in 2010.

Liquidnet Sets A New Record In Europe - £545.24mn Is Agency Broker’s Highest Volume In A Single Day

Liquidnet, the global institutional marketplace for equities trading, today announced that it had set a new record for daily principal traded in European securities, trading £545.24mn on Tuesday 2 June 2009. This beats Liquidnet Europe’s previous record in principal traded which was achieved in December 2007.

96 Billion Euro Turnover At Deutsche Börse In May - 14.7 Million Trades Executed On Xetra - Total Volume Of €112 Billion Traded On All Stock Exchanges In Germany

In May, €96.4 billion were turned over on Xetra and on the floor at Börse Frankfurt – a decrease of some 36 percent year-on-year (May 2008: €151.7 billion). Of the €96.4 billion turnover €89.8 billion were traded on Xetra, a decrease by some 38 percent year-on-year (May 2008: €144.8 billion) and €6.6 billion on the floor (May 2008: €6.9 billion).
