Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The unitholders of Crescent Energy Trust (TSX:CPG.UN) have approved the conversion of the company to a corporate structure via a reverse takeover. Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, July 3, 2009: The shares of Motapa Diamonds Inc. (TSXVN:MTP) will be removed from the index following an Arrangement whereby the company's shares have been acquired by Lucara Diamonds Corp. (TSXVN:LUC).
