ACER Consults On The European Market Rules On Gas Transmission Capacity Allocation

Today, ACER opens a public consultation (running from 8 May until 14 June 2024) on how to update the European market rules on gas transmission capacity allocation. The aim of the consultation is to collect practical proposals from stakeholders on how the gas Capacity Allocation Mechanisms Network Code (CAM NC) could be amended to better reflect the European decarbonisation targets and the evolution of the gas markets.

BSE Records Highest-Ever Financial Performance With Rs. 1,618 Crores Revenue, Growth Of 70%

• BSE declares a Final Dividend of Rs 15 per equity share having face value of Rs 2 each for FY 2023-24.
• BSE delivered a record year in terms of revenues, achieving total revenues of Rs. 1,618 crores, registering a growth of 70% for FY2024.
• Consolidated Net profit attributable to the shareholders excluding CDSL Stake sale for the year ended March 31, 2024, stands at Rs. 410.9 crores.
• Consolidated Operating EBITDA for the March 31, 2024, up by 103% to Rs. 399.9 crores from Rs. 197.4 crores in previous year, with EBITDA margin expanding to 29% from 24%.
• For FY24, BSE traded 11.3 billion contracts in Equity Derivatives segment, since its relaunch on 15th May 2023, generating a total revenue of Rs. 176 crores.
• Total number of transactions in BSE StAR MF grew by 55% to reach 41.1 crores transactions during FY 2024 from 26.5 crores last year, with BSE continuing a market share of 89%.

ACER Approves The European Resource Adequacy Assessment (ERAA), Marking A Milestone For The Security Of Electricity Supply Across EU Member States
