SIFMA Unveils New Pro-Consumer Reforms - Adopts Administration Proposed Language For Federal Fiduciary Standard

The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) today announced that its Private Client Group Steering Committee unanimously supports a new federal fiduciary standard for broker-dealers and investment advisers who provide personalized investment advice. The proposed uniform set of regulatory standards is designed to strengthen safeguards for investors.

In order to reduce the sectoral concentration of the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE), BM&FBOVESPA has announced the following change to the ISE calculation methodology: The current 25% concentration limit per individual company will be replaced by a 15% concentration limit per individual sector.
