The end-of-December short interest represents 3.32 days average daily NASDAQ Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 3.49 days for the prior reporting period.

    The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced that it priced an upsized $1 billion underwritten public offering of senior notes, including $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.00% Senior Notes due 2015 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.55% Senior Notes due 2020. The offering is expected to close on January 15, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions.
