  • Dalian Commodity Exchange Trading Volume Surpasses 10M For First Time

    Trading volume at the Dalian Commodity Exchange surpassed 10 million contracts today for the first time. 10,594,110 contracts were traded today totaling CNY 530.54 billion, surpassing the previous record set last week on November 10th when 9,467,960 contracts were traded at the Exchange. Meanwhile, open interest was down 115,278 today to close at 4,333,770.

  • Shanghai Stock Market To Welcome New Emerging Blue-chip Index As SSE 380 Index To Be Launched

    The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI) have recently announced that the SSE 380 Index would be officially launched on November 29, 2010, with the base day on December 31, 2003 and the base point at 1,000 points.
