On June 16, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: NYX) will bring its "Small Business Connections: Marketing Meets Microfinancing" nationwide workshop tour to Austin, TX. Hosted in coordination with Big StartUp partners Yelp and Accion's U.S. Network the event will provide approximately 80 local business people with access to two resources essential to growing a business in the tough economy: marketing know-how and access to capital.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Let me first thank you for the invitation to speak to such a distinguished audience. I am pretty sure that we all have the same critical question in mind: How can Europe overcome the intertwined sovereign debt and banking crisis – and how can we return to sustained growth and job creation? I would like to sketch out to you where we stand today both in the immediate fire-fighting and in the medium-term rebuilding of the euro architecture. One building block of the envisaged EMU 2.0 is a financial union, which has a very direct relevance to the banking sector. I will return to this subject towards the end of my intervention.

New ETF Starts Trading On BM&FBOVESPA

A new exchange-traded fund (ETF) is available for trading on BM&FBOVESPA. ECOO11 is indexed to the Carbon Efficient Index (ICO2) , which tracks the performance of the shares of companies participating in the IBrX-50 index that have agreed to join in this initiative, by adopting transparent practices with respect to their greenhouse gas emissions.

Eurosystem Collateral Management Services And Systems

The Governing Council of the European Central Bank (ECB) has decided to discontinue the preparations for the Collateral Central Bank Management (CCBM2) project in its current form. In the project detailing phase, a number of challenges in the field of harmonisation were identified and the Eurosystem has decided to address these issues first before proceeding further with a common technical platform. The existing Correspondent Central Banking Model (CCBM) for cross-border collateral management remains in place.

Post the acquisition Forum Trading Solutions will be fully amalgamated into PLUS-TS and be known as Forum Trading Solutions.
