The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), published a consultation paper today (Friday) to seek views on its proposed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting Guide (the ESG Guide). The ESG Guide aims to raise awareness and encourage listed companies to start ESG reporting.

So we have now an agreement to go forward for a new “fiscal compact” and strengthened economic policy coordination and also there were conclusions in terms of development of stabilisation tools to face short-term charges. These points were presented by the President of the European Council; I will not come back to them.

Thai Bourse To Hold Tax-Saving Fair On Dec. 15-18

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), together with asset management firms, will hold the “Last-Minute Tax Saving via LTF-RMF” investment fair on December 15-18 to offer tax-incentive funds, which are long-term equity funds (LTFs) and retirement mutual funds (RMFs), and other mutual funds as well as investment advice service to investors.

Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Introduces Negotiated Large Trade Facility

Market participants can now transact large-sized orders on futures contracts listed on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives via the Negotiated Large Trade (NLT) facility. This newly introduced facility allows large trades to be transacted at a single price, thereby minimising slippage and execution uncertainties.
