The following equity index futures and options contracts are delivered on November 17, 2023 at their respective final settlement prices:
- IF2311 CSI 300 index futures contracts and the IO2311 series CSI 300 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 3558.82;
- IC2311 CSI 500 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 5618.67;
- IM2311 CSI 1000 index futures contracts and the MO2311 series CSI 1000 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 6179.54;
- IH2311 SSE 50 index futures contracts and the HO2311 series SSE 50 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 2389.32.

ASIC Proposes To Extend Parent Entity Financial Reporting And Auditor Independence Legislative Instruments

ASIC proposes to extend the operation of two legislative instruments, ASIC Corporations (Auditor Independence) Instrument 2021/75 and ASIC Corporations (Parent Entity Financial Statements) Instrument 2021/195, which are due to expire in April 2024, for a further five years.

89% Of SGX-Listed Issuers Have Board Diversity Policy - Disclosures Need More Detail

A joint Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) and Council for Board Diversity (CBD) study found that 89% of SGX-listed issuers have disclosed a board diversity policy. Of those that have not done so, the deadline for such disclosures for most of them (7% of all issuers) was not yet due.

ASIC Consults On ABA’s Proposed Changes To The Banking Code

Today ASIC opened its consultation on the Australian Banking Association’s (ABA) proposed changes to its Banking Code of Practice (the Code). The Code contains a set of contractually enforceable standards that customers and small business can expect subscribing banks to uphold. The ABA plans to apply for ASIC approval of the revised Code.

New York Attorney General Letitia James And Multistate Coalition Secure $6.5 Million From Morgan Stanley For Failing To Protect Customer Data - Morgan Stanley To Pay New York $1.6 Million For Compromising The Personal Information Of 1.1 Million New Yorkers

New York Attorney General Letitia James and a coalition of five attorneys general today reached a $6.5 million agreement with global financial services firm Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC (Morgan Stanley) for compromising the personal information of millions of customers nationwide. Morgan Stanley failed to decommission its computers and erase unencrypted data in certain computer devices that were later auctioned while still containing consumers’ personal information, including data belonging to 1.1 million New Yorkers. New York will receive $1,658,047 from today’s settlement and Morgan Stanley will be required to strengthen its data security measures.
