BATS 1000 Index Rises 5.5% This Week - Alternative Resources Up 7.2% As Five Sectors Gain At Least 6%
BATS Global Markets, a global stock market operator, reports the BATS 1000SM Index (Ticker: BATSK) gained 5.5% for the trading week ending July 1. The S&P 500 Index advanced 5.6% on the week.

Kansas City Board Of Trade Breaks All Previous Monthly Volume Records
The Kansas City Board of Trade during the month of June traded more contracts than in any given month in the 155-year history of the exchange. New monthly volume records were set for the Hard Red Winter wheat futures contract and the exchange as a whole.

CBOE Holdings Reports June 2011 Trading Volumes: - CBOE Holdings Averages 4.5 Million Options Contracts Per Day In June, Up 10% From June 2010 - C2 And CBOE Futures Exchange Set All-Time Monthly And ADV Records
CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today reported that June trading volume for options on theChicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and C2 Options Exchange (C2), the company's alternative all-electronic market, combined, totaled 99.4 million contracts; average daily volume (ADV) was 4.5 million contracts, up 10 percent from June 2010. C2 and CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) achieved their busiest months ever in June, with monthly ADV exceeding 200,000 contracts and 50,000 contracts, respectively, for the first time.

Deals Bonanza As Exits Reach Record Levels And PE-Backed Buyouts Hit Post-Lehman High
Preqin’s quarterly deal-flow data shows 309 PE-backed exits valued at $120.1bn occurred in Q2 2011, surpassing the previous record of $81.5bn in exits in Q4 2010; 674 PE deals worth $75.6bn were announced in Q2 2011, an increase of 33% from the value of deals in the previous quarter.

ISDA: Credit Clearing Comparative Analysis Available
Expanding Central Clearing was a key objective of the March 31, 2011 commitment letter. In a continued effort to promote standardization in Clearing of Credit Derivatives products, and address operational issues of indirect access, the Credit Steering Committee (CSC) requested that the Credit Implementation Group (CIG) document the comparative models and differences between operational processes for current and future CCP Credit offerings. The exercise was purely operational in nature and did not venture into the outstanding business related questions. The following two documents are the results of the 2011 Credit Clearing Comparative Analysis.

MGEX Sets New June Trading Volume Records
MGEX, a Designated Contract Market and Derivatives Clearing Organization, today announced three new June volume records. June total trading volume for Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) futures and options was 215,581 contracts, marking the best June volume ever at MGEX and the third highest volume month in the 130 year history of the Exchange. June electronic and futures trading volume records also fell during the month with electronic trading totaling 194,886 contracts and futures trading topping at 210,591 contracts. All three new records surpassed the previous marks set in June 2010.

ISE Reports Business Activity For June 2011
The International Securities Exchange (ISE) today reported average daily volume of 2.8 million contracts in June 2011. This represents an increase of 5.0% compared to June 2010. Total options volume for the month was 60.9 million contracts. ISE was the third-largest U.S. equity options exchange in June with market share of 18.4%.
