Vista Equity Partners Makes Binding Offer To Buy Thomson Reuters Trade And Risk Management Business
Vista Equity Partners and Thomson Reuters have signed an agreement under which Vista has made a binding offer to buy the Thomson Reuters Trade and Risk Management business which currently operates as a distinct unit within the Enterprise Solutions business.

HKEx: ESG Training Seminars And Workshops Well Received By Listed Companies
Between May and July this year, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) organised a series of seminars and workshops on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting for listed companies. The aim was to raise ESG awareness and encourage listed companies to start ESG reporting. The seminars and workshops were conducted by external consultants specialising in ESG reporting.

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 27 September 2011, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contracts will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company's normal procedures and standard margining methodology.
