Bursa Malaysia To Launch Platform For Mandatory ESG Reporting - Platform Ready For Listed Issuers To Submit Disclosures As Required Under The Exchange’s Enhanced Sustainability Reporting Requirements

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia” or the “Exchange”) is set to unveil the Bursa Malaysia ESG Reporting Platform (“ESG Reporting Platform”) on 4 December 2023. This platform will act as a repository for disclosures conforming to the prescribed format mandated under Bursa Malaysia’s enhanced sustainability reporting requirements within the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) and ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) (collectively, “Listing Requirements”), introduced on 26 September 2022.
