Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded Silver Bird Group Berhad (SILVER) (now known as High-5 Conglomerate Berhad) and its former managing director and executive director for breaching the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR). In addition, the former managing director and executive director were fined a total of RM1,000,000.

In addition, five directors of SAAG were fined a total of RM175,000.
Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Adding Designated Futures Margin Depository Banks

After examination and verification, China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited and China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. have met all the requirements for applying for the qualification for the depository business of futures margin stipulated in the “Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Management of Designated Depository Banks”, and as from today, the above-mentioned two banks are the designated futures margin depository banks of Dalian Commodity Exchange.
