Palestine Securities Exchange Co. Annual Report For The Year 2012
The Palestine Exchange (PEX) received the annual report of Palestine Securities Exchange Company (PSE). It includes audited financial statement for the fiscal year 2012. PEX disclosure rules give all PEX listed companies three months from the date of the end of the company’s fiscal year to report their annual financial statements audited by the companies’ independent external auditor. In addition to this press release, this disclosure was published on the PEX website (www.pex.ps) and emailed to PEX member securities firms.

Qatar Exchange Launches Sponsored Access & Liquidity Provider Activities
The Qatar Exchange announced the launch of the “Sponsored Access” and the “Liquidity Provider” facilities, whereby the first activity will allow Sponsoring Members to provide eligible customers (Sponsored Participants) direct access to the trading system of Qatar Exchange, while the second activity will enable members to submit LP applications for the QE 20 index-constituent securities in accordance with the governing rules.

S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes To The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices - A Deletion From The S&P/TSX Venture Composite And Venture Select Indices
S&P Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of Western Wind Energy Corp. (TSXVN:WND) have approved the takeover offer whereby the company will be acquired by Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners L.P. (TSX:BEP.UN). Shareholders of Western Wind Energy will receive $CDN2.60 cash per share held.

Thank you, Craig [Lewis], for your kind introduction. This is my second year addressing this conference as a Commissioner. Last year, I spoke as one of five Commissioners, while this year, as you well know, we’re temporarily down one member. And so, I understand that the organizers are offering a 20% discount which you can collect after my remarks. Just kidding. The truth is that they asked all of us to give longer speeches, and since I am still the junior Commissioner, the others dumped their extra time on me. Moody's Downgrades UK's Government Bond Rating To Aa1 From Aaa - Outlook Is Now Stable
Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the domestic- and foreign-currency government bond ratings of the United Kingdom by one notch to Aa1 from Aaa. The outlook on the ratings is now stable.
