The NSX-Atlas Non-Binding MOU is a non-binding basis of understanding pursuant to which NSX and Atlas may initiate discussions to explore the terms under which NSX would consider what systems, technology and/or expertise could be leveraged to assist in the regulation of the Atlas bitcoin market. NSX has not agreed to regulate the Atlas bitcoin market nor to commit any of its regulatory or other resources, as a self-regulatory organization or otherwise, to do so. Discussions with Atlas on the subject are preliminary and may be terminated by either party at any time.

Platts Adds Bakken Price Assessment In The Williston Basin To Its Shale Offerings - New Price Marker To Reflect Expanding Crude-By-Rail Market For Bakken - Complements Platts’ Bakken Assessments At Pipeline Injection Points

Platts today announced it has expanded its North American shale crude oil offering to include an assessment of value nearest the Bakken crude wellhead in the Williston Basin. The new price assessment captures the value of Bakken crude oil from the Bakken shale formation at the point where there is transportation flexibility– either by rail or pipeline.
