  • Thai Bourse Promotes Sustainability Among Listed Companies

    The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has recently joined hands with Sustainable Business Development Institute (SBDi), to enhance listed companies’ sustainable competitiveness by adhering to good corporate governance, enhancing strategic capabilities, so as to contribute to business and society. In 2015, SETplans to organize a series of nine intensive training programs on sustainable development for Thai listed companies.

    Within the framework of the cooperation that already exists between the Egyptian Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange, Dr. Mohamed Omran, visited today the Cyprus Stock Exchange premises in Nicosia.  Dr. Omran had a meeting with Mr. Nondas Cl. Metaxas, Director General – CEO of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and other officials of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

    The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators will organise roundtable meetings with interested stakeholders on REMIT implementation during 2015 while working with the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 (REMIT) and with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1348/20 14.

  • Danone Opens Trading On Euronext Markets, Celebrating Successful €1.3 Billion Bond Issue

    Euronext, the leading exchange in the Eurozone, today congratulated Danone on the success of its dual-tranche €1.3 billion bond issue. Aimed at financing the group’s business and growth by extending the maturity of its debt, the bonds were admitted to trading on 14 January.
