The operator uses this website to offer financial and investment services without the required authorisation. The website is not operated by the British firm Heptagon Capital LLP. This is a case of identity theft targeting the aforementioned firm, which is registered with the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

- The Chicago Business Barometer™, produced with MNI, tempered by -1.2 points to 46.0 from December’s revised figure of 47.2. This is the second consecutive monthly fall, keeping the Chicago ReportTM in contractionary territory, although still +0.6 points above the 2023 average and above the levels seen in both September 2023 and October 2023.
- All of the subcomponents included in the headline index rose compared to December’s revised levels, apart from Production which plunged -9.9 points into contractionary territory.

ACER Calls For Improvements To The New Gas Transmission Tariffs Proposed For Poland

ACER publishes today its report on the tariff consultation for the Polish transmission network. The report provides recommendations to URE, the Polish National Regulatory Authority (NRA), on the proposed tariff methodology which will be used to set the tariffs for 2025 and 2026. The proposed methodology is based on the results of a consultation carried out by the Polish Transmission System Operator (TSO), which concluded on 19 January 2024.
