Shanghai Stock Exchange: Notice Of Releasing “Business Guidelines For Information Disclosure, Trading Suspension And Resumption Of Listed Companies Caused By Significant Asset Reorganization”

With an aim of standardizing behaviors such as information disclosure and trading suspension and resumption of listed companies caused by significant asset reorganization, maintaining good order in the securities market, and protecting investors’ lawful rights and interests, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has developed the “Business Guidelines for Information Disclosure, Trading Suspension and Resumption of Listed Companies Caused by Significant Asset Reorganization” (see attachment) by integrating 8 “Memoranda of Information Disclosure of Significant Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies” and the “Notice of Strengthening Regulation on Abnormal Stock Trading Related to Significant Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies” (Shang Zheng Gong Zi [2012] No. 48 Document) in accordance with relevant regulations including the “Administrative Measures for Significant Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies” and the “Rules No. 26 on Contents and Format of Information Disclosure by Companies Publicly Issuing Securities – Application Documents for Significant Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies” of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the “SSE Stock Listing Rules”. The business guidelines are hereby released and shall come into effect from the date of release.

TOCOM To Revise Contract And Delivery Units Of Soybean Futures

The Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. announced today that it received regulatory approvals from the Ministers of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Economy, Trade and Industry to revise the contract and delivery units of Soybean futures. The contract and delivery units will be changed from 10,000 kilograms (10 tonnes) to 25,000 kilograms (25 tonnes) respectively to serve needs of commercial participants and investers more efficiently. The change will take effect as of the beginning of the night session on April 15, 2015 when the April 2016 contract month is generated.
