The index value of TSE Home Price Index (Used Condominium, Kanagawa) is 76.95 points. The index value of TSE Home Price Index (Used Condominium, Chiba) is 65.67. The index value of TSE Home Price Index (Used Condominium, Saitama) is 67.38 points.

Dalian Commodity Exchange Holds Discussion Meeting On Fiberboard, Plywood Futures Contracts, Rules
Recently, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) held a discussion meeting on the contract rules of the fiberboard and plywood futures in Guangzhou. The representatives from the China National Forest Product Industry Association, the industrial enterprises such as Zhejiang Shenghua Yunfeng, Daya Technology and Dehua Group, the delivery warehouses, the quality inspection institutions and the DCE member units compared in-depth notes on the contracts and the draft rules of the futures of the two boards, providing their opinions and suggestions on further improving the contracts and rules.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market Bulletin 25 November, 2013 - Issue 25
From 18 to 22 November, Shenzhen Component Index closed at 8413.3 points after gaining 1.3%. SME Index closed at 5001.7 points with an increase of 1.7%. ChiNext Index closed at 1295.1 points, gaining 2.0%. Total turnover for stocks and funds on SZSE was US$ 95.6 billion, or a36.5% increase from the week before. 15 out of 16 sector indices were higher than previous week, and 1 sector index was lower than the week before.

NASDAQ OMX Announces Leadership Transition In U.S. Transaction Services Business - Eric W. Noll To Join ConvergEx Group, LLC As President
NASDAQ OMX today announced that Eric W. Noll, Executive Vice President, Transaction Services U.S. and U.K., will be leaving the company to accept an offer to become President and the next Chief Executive Officer of ConvergEx Group. NASDAQ OMX will assess internal and external candidates for Mr. Noll's replacement, and plans to fill that role near the end of the first quarter 2014.

DTCC Limit Monitoring To Provide An Early Warning System To Help Identify Unusual Trading Activity And Trading Limit Breaches
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) announced that National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) has filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide its members with a new tool designed to serve as an early warning system that alerts those firms to trading activity that is nearing defined trading limits. Subject to regulatory approval of the filing, the tool will enable firms to effectively manage potential risk exposure for both their own accounts and their clients’ accounts for the trading in equities, corporate and municipal bonds, and unit investment trust instruments.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged a New York-based penny stock financier and his firms with violating the federal securities laws when they purchased billions of shares in a pair of microcap companies and failed to register them before they were re-sold to investors for sizeable profits.
