FSB Publishes Global Shadow Banking Monitoring Report 2014

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) is publishing today its fourth annual Global Shadow Banking Monitoring Report. The report presents data as of end-2013 from 25 jurisdictions and the euro area as a whole, covering about 80% of global GDP and 90% of global financial system assets.

Effective Monday, November 3, 2014, the EDGX Exchange^SM (EDGX®) will make the following functionality changes:

• Modify the behavior of Hide Not Slide (HNS) and Price Adjust orders entered with a Post Only instruction. Refer to Direct Edge Trading Notice #14-37 for more details.
• Enhance the behavior of the Opening Process and Halt Re-Opening Process to accommodate quote-only openings on primary listing markets. Refer to Direct Edge Trading Notice #14-38for more details.
