Capital markets research firm TABB Group and Alacra, a leading provider of legal, counterparty and reference data solutions, announced today that DTCC/SWIFT led 13 other Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) registration authorities around the globe in TABB Group’s Q3-2014 LEI Comprehensiveness Ranking based on data consistency and uniformity. Overall globally, however, the LEI process is challenged.

Kinetic Partners Survey: Regulation Failed To Ensure Industry Stability - 48% Financial Services Executives Believe That Regulation Has Failed To Ensure Industry Stability

Recent regulation has done little or nothing to improve stability in the financial services industry, according to global professionals polled. The survey of nearly 300 professionals commissioned by global professionals services firm Kinetic Partners, shows that 47% of respondents – and 48% of C-suite executives – believe recent regulation has had little or no impact on financial stability, with 11% stating that regulation has made the financial services world less stable.

China Exchanges Services Company Limited (CESC) today (Monday) launched a new index series on the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect (Stock Connect) programme. The series is composed of the CES Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect 300 Index (CES SHSC300) and CES Stock Connect Hong Kong Select 100 Index (CES SCHK100). The CES SHSC300 and the CES SCHK100 today closed at 3,511.26 and 4,355.36 respectively.
