HKEx Notice Of Adjustment To Conversion Price Of The Bonds
The payment of the 2013 Final Dividend as recommended by the Board was approved by the Shareholders at the 2014 AGM. The adjustment to the Conversion Price of the Bonds from HK$160 per Share to HK$157.62 per Share shall take effect from 26 April 2014, being the date immediately after the record date of the 2013 Final Dividend.

FESE Welcomes European Parliament’s Vote On MiFID II
Yesterday, the European Parliament in plenary adopted the Commission’s proposal of the review of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II). The Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) welcomes the agreement of European policy makers on MiFID II Level 1 text. This directive, which was initially adopted in 2004, changed Europe’s trading landscape by increasing the competition between equities trading venues, but also led to increased market fragmentation and complexity for investors and companies.

BOOST ETP’s AUM Reaches A Record $97 Million As Investors’ Bearish Sentiment In Natural Gas Continues
- BOOST ETP’s AUM has increased by 130% from the beginning of the year with the largest inflows YTD seen into Boost Natural Gas 3x Short Daily ETP (3NGL) ($28 million)
- The trend in BOOST ETP’s AUM has been matched by rising trading volumes and improving spreads, with BOOST ETPs trading over $200 million in the LSE and Borsa Italiana in March
- AUM in all short & leveraged ETPs traded globally reached a record $62 billion at the end of March, following a month of net inflows, with turnovers reaching a 3 year high of $200 billion
