CME Group Appoints Christopher Fix As Head Of Asia Pacific

CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced that it has named Christopher Fix as Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific.  Fix will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for leading CME Group's efforts to develop benchmark products and services to meet the needs of its customer base in the region.  He will join CME Group on June 3, 2015, and will report to London-based William Knottenbelt, Senior Managing Director and Head of International, CME Group.

Doha Bank today announced plans to launch an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) on Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) with Amwal LLC and The Group Securities, set to act as Fund Manager and Liquidity Provider respectively. A signing ceremony to mark the appointment of Amwal as Fund Manager and the licencing of the index benchmark from QSE was held today in the presence of the Doha Bank Group CEO Dr. R. MIAX Regulatory Circular 2015-13 identifies newly listed option classes that will start trading at MIAX on Monday, March 9, 2015, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
