We respect the democratic choice of the Greek people.
The 'no' result unfortunately widens the gap between Greece and other Eurozone countries.
There is no easy way out of this crisis.Too much time and too many opportunities have been lost.
The Commission is ready to continue to work with Greece.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande have agreed that "the vote of the Greek people must be respected," according to a spokesman. Merkel and Hollande will meet in Paris this afternoon to mull over a strategy to avoid crisis escalation within the eurozone and Europe.

Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), the premier international energy futures and commodities exchange in the Middle East, today announced the approval of Nanhua USA as a Clearing Member. A futures brokerage firm headquartered in Hangzhou, serving institutional, corporate and individual clients, Nanhua USA becomes the first China-headquartered Clearing Member of the DME.

SGX Market Activities Grow In June

Singapore Exchange (SGX) reported growth in securities, derivatives and commodities activities in June.
For June 2015:
Securities
- Traded value was $25 billion, up 20% year on year and up 8% month on month
- Daily average value was$1.2 billion up 20% from a year earlier and up 8% from a month earlier.
- ETF trading increased 30% from a year earlier to $237 million while trading of STI stocks accounted for 68% of total trading versus 51% a year earlier.
- A total 37 bonds raising $12 billion were listed in June compared with 45 issues raising $21 billion a year earlier. Bharti Airtel and Global Logistic Properties (GLP) issued the largest bonds; both issues raised US$ 1 billion each.
- One equity listing raising $11 million occurred in June versus $10 million raised in two listings a year earlier.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Q & A On Cutting A-share Transaction And Settlement Fees

Q: In 2012, SSE, SZSE and SD&C significantly reduced the handling fees and transfer fees of A-share transactions. Are you considering cutting fees further in the near future?
A: In order to further reduce the transaction cost for investors, SSE, SZSE and SD&C have decided to cut A-share transaction and settlement related fees. The handling fees charged by SSE and SZSE on A-share transactions will decrease by 30% from the current 0.0696‰ of traded value (two ways) to 0.0487‰ of traded value (two ways), with 0.00974‰ to be transferred to the Investor Protection Fund and remaining 0.03896‰ to be paid to SSE and SZSE. The transfer fees charged by SD&C on A-share transactions will decrease from the current 0.3‰ of traded value (two ways) at SSE and 0.0255‰ of traded value (two ways) at SZSE to the same 0.0255‰ of traded value (two ways), or roughly down by 33% based on the market data of the previous two years. Currently, SSE, SZSE and SD&C are prepararing for the rate cuts, which will come into effect on August 1.

Euronext Sees Record Volume In Commodities Franchise Led By Heavy Trading In Its Milling Wheat Contracts

Euronext today announced that its commodity derivatives franchise continues to outperform with its most active week ever from 29 June to 3 July with an average daily volume of 125,561 contracts, surpassing the previous record weekly ADV of 117,289 contracts in December 2014.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Releases Information Disclosure Guidelines For Photovoltaic And Energy Conservation And Environmental Protection Industries On The ChiNext Board

It has been one basic job for Shenzhen Stock Exchange to establish a standardized system for information disclosure fitting for market demands since the pilot program of industrial regulation started in 2011. Recently, SZSE released two information disclosure guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Guideline No.3” and “Guideline No.4”) for photovoltaic industry and energy conservation and environmental protection industry on the ChiNext board. Together with the formerly enforced guidelines for the movie and television industry and the pharmaceuticals industry, a standardized system for information disclosure guidance has been preliminarily formed on the ChiNext board.
