Nasdaq Lists First Trust Emerging Markets Local Currency Bond ETF And First Trust Low Duration Mortgage Opportunities ETF - Two Actively Managed Funds Focused On Current Income Opportunities
Nasdaq today announced that First Trust will list two new exchange-traded funds, First Trust Emerging Markets Local Currency Bond ETF (Symbol: FEMB) and First Trust Low Duration Mortgage Opportunities ETF (Symbol: LMBS), on The Nasdaq Stock Market. FEMB and LMBS will begin trading on Nasdaq today, November 5th, 2014.

Enternext Announces "Enternext© PEA-PME 150" Index Composition
EnterNext, the Euronext subsidiary designed to promote and grow the market for SMEs , today announced the indicative composition of its EnterNext© PEA-PME 150 index. This new benchmark rounds out the Euronext index family dedicated to companies eligible for the French government’s PEA-PME savings accounts. The index will be launched on 17 November 2014.

EBRD Launches €200 Million Sustainable Energy Financing Facility In Poland - Polish National Fund For Environmental Protection Joins The Effort
The EBRD has launched its second Polish Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (PolSEFF2) with a volume of €200 million which will be on-lent via local banks to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The loans will finance investments to replace or upgrade heating, cooling, electric and related systems in order to lower companies’ energy bills and decrease carbon emissions.

Eurex: Record Trading Levels For Volatility Derivatives In October - New All-Time Monthly Volume Record Of Around 1.5 Million Contracts
International derivatives market Eurex Exchange reached a number of trading records in the volatility derivatives segment in October. The existing peak - set in March 2014 - was exceeded in October with a total of 1,494,829 contracts traded. The average daily volume was 64,993 contracts in October, an increase of 78 percent compared with January to September 2014.

SGX Markets’ Outage Resulted From Malfunction In Power Supply
Singapore Exchange (SGX) today said its securities and derivatives markets experienced an outage, as a result of multiple power supply issues, affecting SGX’s hardware providing market participants’ connectivity. The outage did not arise from a cyber-attack.
