ISE ETF Ventures and BlueStar Indexes, a subsidiary of BlueStar Global Investors, LLC, today announced the launch of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that provides exposure to Israeli-linked technology companies. The ETF, which begins trading today, is listed on NASDAQ and tracks the TASE-BlueStar Israel Global Technology Index (TA-BIGITech™ - index ticker: BGTH).

• The average daily value of trade in equities in October 2015 increased by 2.5% year on year (yoy) to PLN 819.9 million and the average daily number of transactions increased by 29.3% year on year to 68.4 thousand
• The value of trade in equities on the Electronic Order Book on the Main Market decreased by 1.9% year on year to PLN 18.0 billion in October 2015
• The volume of trade in index futures was 335.6 thousand contracts, a decrease of 24.0% yoy
• The total value of trading in equities on NewConnect was more than PLN 1.6 billion in January-October 2015 compared to PLN 1.0 billion in January-October 2014
• The volume of trading in property rights was 3.7 TWh in October 2015, an increase of 26.0% yoy

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that a New York-based private equity firm and four executives have agreed to settle charges that they failed to disclose conflicts of interest to a fund client and investors when fund and portfolio company assets were used for payments to former firm employees and an affiliated entity.
