  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Promulgates And Implements Public Censure Standards For Main Board Listed Companies

    Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) recently promulgated and implemented Public Censure Standards for Main Board Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as “Main Board Public Censure Standards”), which clearly defines the criterion of determining public censure for Main Board listed companies. So far, SZSE’s public censure standards for Main Board, SME and GEM listed companies have been completely published and implemented, which are important measures of SZSE to further perfect multi-level self-discipline mechanism and improve self-discipline regulatory transparency.

  • Deutsche Börse: IPO Of Steilmann SE At Frankfurt Stock Exchange - Deutsche Börse Welcomes Apparel Company In Prime Standard - Total Issue Volume Of €8.8 Million

    Steilmann SE (ISIN: DE000A14KR50) has been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 5 November. A total of 2.5 million shares were placed in the IPO. The total issue volume was approximately €8.8 million. The initial listing price was €3.60; the issue price €3.50.

    • Unprecedented third quarter of the year for cash trading volumes and listing
    • Strong third party revenue performance: +18.4% to €133.0 million (Q3 2014: €112.3 million)
    • Continued strong reduction in operational expenses excluding depreciation and amortization: -18.5% compared to Q3 2014
    • EBITDA margin of 58.0% (Q3 2014: 44.1%)
    • Achievement of the first set of mid-term objectives as an independent company a year in advance
    • €64 million of cumulated efficiencies achieved on an accrued basis - €74 million on a run-rate basis
