NSX Is Approved By The SEC To Re-Launch Trading Operations - NSX Plan For Phased Roll-Out

On December 14, 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) issued an order granting NSX final approval to re-launch and resume operations for equity and ETF trading.  Accordingly, NSX has given notice to its clients (ETP Holders) that NSX will re-launch trading operations based on a phased roll-out schedule beginning on Tuesday, December 22nd and completing the roll-out on Thursday, December 31st.

This Notice to Members (“NTM”) 2015-47 supersedes NTM 2010-12 to eliminate any references to the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (“SIAC”) and to provide an updated large trader reporting (“LTR”) guide. As of November 23, 2015, OneChicago, LLC (“OneChicago” or “OCX”) has eliminated the role of SIAC in LTR of OneChicago products.

Finansinspektionen (FI) - Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority - New Proposal For An Amortization Requirement

FI today sends out a proposal which requires amortization of mortgages. The proposal is that new mortgage holders must pay their mortgages down to a 50 per cent loan-to value ratio. Starting on 1 June 2016, the amortization requirement will apply to all new loans which are collateralized by a home.
