LCH Group Limited (“LCH Group”) notes the European Commission’s announcement confirming the commencement of Phase II proceedings in connection with its review of the recommended merger of London Stock Exchange Group Plc (“LSEG”) and Deutsche Börse AG which was announced on 16 March 2016 (the “Merger”), and the subsequent announcement by LSEG regarding the potential sale of LCH SA issued earlier today.

HKEX Publishes Further Information On Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect To Facilitate Business And Technical Preparation

As part of the market communication plan for Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (Shenzhen Connect), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) and Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), today (Wednesday) published the revised Information Book, Frequently Asked Questions and the proposed amendments to the Rules of the Exchange (the SEHK Rules), the General Rules of CCASS (CCASS Rules) and the CCASS Operational Procedures (CCASS OPs) in relation to Shenzhen Connect with a view to facilitating their Participants’ business and technical preparation for the programme.
