The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) continues to underline its commitment to develop Thai listed firms’ quality towards sustainable growth by conducting an annual exchange-wide sustainability assessment. Listed companies with outstanding assessment scores on environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects will be included in the Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) list while those with exceptional sustainability performance will also be granted the notable SET Sustainability Awards 2016 by this year’s end.

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has prohibited Mr Andrew Chow Ho Cheung from re-entering the industry for life following his conviction for offences of fraud and theft under the Theft Ordinance. Chow was sentenced to two years imprisonment by the District Court on 19 May 2015.
