  • Stock Markets Steering Committee Of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchanges

    The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the application of price fluctuation limits of ±10%, for Jenuary 2017, for the low turnover velocity Stocks of the Main Market (monthly average velocity of last month less or equal to 0.01%) presented in Table 1, according to the ATHEX Board Decision 22.

  • MIAX Options Exchange: MIAX PEARL Options Regulatory Fee

    MIAX PEARL (“Exchange”) will implement an Options Regulatory Fee (“ORF”) of $0.0010 per customer contract at the commencement of trading on the Exchange.  The targeted launch date for the Exchange is February 6, 2017.  The Exchange plans to thereafter only increase or decrease the ORF semi-annually, and any such fee change will be effective on the first business day of February or August.  The Exchange will notify participants via a Regulatory Circular of any anticipated change in the amount of the fee at least 30 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.  A complete MIAX PEARL Fee Schedule will be made available to Members prior to the commencement of trading on the Exchange.  The ORF is subject to filing a rule change with the SEC.

  • China Financial Futures Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange And Shenzhen Stock Exchange Takes Stake In Pakistan Stock Exchange

    Recently, China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX), Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE), Pak China Investment Company Limited and Habib Bank Limited as a consortium have won the bid to purchase a 40% stake in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The three exchanges will hold 30% of Pakistan Stock Exchange’s shares.
