(Nasdaq:NDAQ) announces the election of seven additional directors to the Boards of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC, NASDAQ PHLX LLC and NASDAQ BX, Inc. and the election of sixteen directors to the Boards of the International Securities Exchange, LLC and ISE Gemini, LLC and fifteen directors to the Board of ISE Mercury, LLC. Directors serve a one-year term.
