Cinnober Expands Investment In Real-Time Clearing For Banks - Establishes Operations In Separate Company

The Board of Cinnober has decided to further develop its business area for sales of real-time clearing technology and services to large international banks, so-called client clearing. To focus fully on this venture, Cinnober will transfer the rights to this technology to a subsidiary, which will further commercialize the offering.

Euronext Publishes Third Quarter 2016 Results

- Decrease in revenue: -15.2%, to €112.8 million (Q3 2015: €133.0 million, which was the second best quarter ever)
- Revenue was impacted by lower trading volumes (cash average trading volumes decreased by -29.4% vs Q3 2015) and the fall in IPOs and M&A driven listing operations
- Continued strong reduction in operational expenses excluding depreciation and amortization: -7.8%, to €51.5 million (Q3 2015: €55.8 million)
- €11.4 million of cumulated gross efficiencies achieved since Q2 2016 as part of the cost cutting programme announced in the Agility for Growth plan

Bursa Malaysia Derivatives And Dalian Commodity Exchange Renew Collaboration Agreement For The Joint Organisation Of China International Oils And Oilseeds Conference 2017-2019

Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia Derivatives”) and Dalian Commodity Exchange (“DCE”) today renew the collaboration agreement for a further three years from 2017-2019, to jointly organised the China International Oils and Oilseeds Conference (“CIOC”). The agreement was signed at the 11thannual China International Oils and Oilseeds Conference hosted in Guangzhou, China.

The Technology System For Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect All Set

Under the guidance and unified deployment, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) , together with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, China Securities Depository Limited (CSDC) set on the preparation work of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect at the beginning of 2015, launched overall business and technology preparation on May, 2016, and initiated officially the market participants technology preparation after the release of Joint Statement on 16 August, 2016, boosting various of technology preparation work comprehensively. So far, six-party joint test, business simulation test, and three total network tests were organized, and drill was launched. The testing results showed that the technology operation was overall normal, and identical with the expectation, fully demonstrated that the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect all market technology market, business procedures and Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect could co-operate with one another. Based on this background, SZSE and CSDC Shenzhen Branch decided to set the technology system on line first, launching the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect related technology system on line after the market closed on 11 November, 2016. Meanwhile, the participants of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect business, the first batch that acquired the relevant permission, are required to complete the rollout of relevant technology system before 20 November, 2016.
