BaFin Approves Deutsche Börse As ARM And APA

BaFin (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht / German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) has determined that Deutsche Börse AG’s ARM (Approved Reporting Mechanism) and APA (Approved Publication Arrangement) services are compliant with all relevant MiFID II requirements. Based on this regulatory approval, Deutsche Börse’s Regulatory Reporting Hub (RRH) will offer ARM and APA services as of 3 January 2018.

Deutsche Börse and the specialists working on the Frankfurt trading floor will give the transaction and trading fees earned on the Börse Frankfurt venue on Saint Nicholas Day (6 December) to two charities. The Trading Charity event is being organised by the exchange operator and the total of eleven trading firms to raise funds in support of two Frankfurt charities “Hilfe für krebskranke Kinder Frankfurt e.V.” (children's cancer society) and “Frankfurter Förderverein zur Bekämpfung von Tumorerkrankungen (FFBT) e.V.” (tumour patient support society).

(JPX) has advancing discussions on the construction of a new secondary data center (backup center) based on the "Second Report of the Technical Committee on Exchange Transactions" published by the BCP Forum on April 20, 2017. JPX hereby announces its decision to build the new secondary data center in a location that is at a greater distance from the main data center to prevent simultaneous disruption in the event of disaster.
