  • Eurex Clearing: Partnership Program Reaches Another Strategic Milestone - Five Major Execution Platforms Support Eurex Clearing’s OTC Service

    Eurex Clearing, one of the world’s leading Central Counterparties (CCP) and part of Deutsche Börse Group, cooperates with major execution platforms for OTC traded interest rate swaps to enhance its price transparency, price discovery and liquidity. BGC Partners, Bloomberg, i-Swap, a TP ICAP Group company, Tradeweb and Tradition’s Trad-X are each seeking to become an ‘Approved Platform’ as part of the Eurex Clearing Partnership Program framework. This program rewards interest rate swap price makers for providing competitive Eurex prices to both the interbank and end-user market via execution platforms.

    The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm has found that Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc (“Morgan Stanley” or the “Member”) has breached the Nasdaq Nordic Member Rules ver. 3.1, December 1, 2016 (“NMR”) and has therefore issued a warning to the Member.

  • Nasdaq Copenhagen Introduces C25 As New Leading Index For Danish Equity Market

    Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced today that OMX Copenhagen 25 (OMXC25) is the new leading index for the Nasdaq Copenhagen exchange beginning Monday December 18. The C25 is a capped index of the 25 most traded shares in the Danish market with the largest free float adjusted market capitalization. The C25 will replace the C20CAP (OMXC20CAP) as Nasdaq’s leading index for the Danish market when the new portfolio selection becomes active on Monday December 18.
