    Euronext, the leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone, today announced trading volumes for October 2017.

  • EEX: New Monthly Record In Dairy Derivatives

    In October 2017, the volume traded in EEX dairy product futures reached a new monthly record. In total, a volume of 14,140 tonnes (equivalent to 2,828 contracts) was traded which is more than 4 times the volume in October 2016 (3,490 tonnes, equals 698 contracts). The total monthly volume included 6,030 tonnes traded in butter futures, 7,285 tonnes traded in skimmed milk powder futures and 825 tonnes traded in whey powder futures. The previous monthly record on the derivatives market for dairy products was registered in June 2017 (2,668 contracts).

    The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) agreed to strengthen supervisory cooperation and facilitate the development of their capital markets, during the 2nd MAS-CSRC Supervisory Roundtable held in Singapore on 31 October 2017.
