  • EEX: New Daily Record In Phelix-DE Futures

    On 15 November 2017, EEX achieved a new daily record of 5.5 TWh in Phelix-DE Futures, exceeding the previous record (4.7 TWh on 24 October 2017) by 17%. In the German power market, in particular in maturities after the planned split of the German-Austrian price zone, liquidity is shifting rapidly from the Phelix-DE/AT Future towards the Phelix-DE Future. Yesterday, also the total volume in Phelix-DE contracts was higher than in Phelix-DE/AT (5.2 TWh). 

  • Cboe FX Reports Record Market Share In October

  • Theodor Weimer Appointed As New CEO Of Deutsche Börse AG

    Theodor Weimer has been appointed for three years as new Chief Executive Officer at today's meeting of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG. In January, 57-year-old Weimer will take over from CEO Carsten Kengeter who leaves the company at the end of 2017. Weimer is currently spokesman of the Management Board of HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG (Munich).
