 On February 13, 2018, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Exchange”), the subsidiaries of Shanghai Futures Exchange has approved Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited, Yingkou Port Xianrendao Wharf Co., Ltd., and CNOOC Yantai Port Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd. as backup delivery storage facilities for crude oil futures bonded delivery pursuant to the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules.
