The Securities and Exchange Commission today named Daniel J. Wadley as Regional Director of its Salt Lake office.  Mr. Wadley succeeds Richard R. Best, whom the agency named Regional Director of its Atlanta office in January.

CFTC Orders Jpmorgan Chase Bank, N.A. To Pay $65 Million Penalty For Attempted Manipulation Of U.S. Dollar ISDAFIX Benchmark Swap Rates

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC or Commission) today issued an Order filing and settling charges against JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (JPMC) for attempted manipulation of the ISDAFIX benchmark and requiring JPMC to pay a $65 million civil monetary penalty.

EBA Issues First Binding Mediation Decision Between The SRB And The NBR

The European Banking Authority (EBA) publishes today its first binding mediation decisions between two resolution authorities, the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and the National Bank of Romania (NBR). The decisions were issued following a request from the NBR for the EBA to assist in settling a dispute with the SRB concerning the resolution planning for two banking groups.

Settlement Of MOEX Precious Metals Futures Contracts In June 2018

Please note that in June 2018, the final settlement price of the MOEX precious metals futures contracts is set to equal the fixing price of the relevant precious metal that will be established by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) on the contract settlement day in the period specified in the Contract’s list of parameters and provided to the Exchange via its data source. The fixing price is in USD per one (1) troy ounce.
