    Nasdaq AB announced today that it is extending the acceptance period of its offer to acquire all of the issued shares of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA from previously set to expire March 29, 2019 at 17.30 CET, to April 30, 2019 at 17.30 CET.

    The management team of U-tron opened trade this morning (19.3.19) in honor of its listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The company was spun off from Unitronics, which trades on TASE as well, and as a result of the spin-off, U-tron has become a new TASE listing.

    Nasdaq AB, an indirect subsidiary of Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) (“Nasdaq”), announced today that it is extending the acceptance period of its offer (the “Offer”) to acquire all of the issued shares of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA (NOTC: OSLO/OTCMKTS: OSBHF) (“Oslo Børs VPS”) made pursuant to its offer document published on February 4, 2019, as amended by the announcement made on March 4, 2019 (the “Offer Document”), previously set to expire March 29, 2019 at 17.30 CET, to April 30, 2019 at 17.30 CET.

    In connection with a monthly share savings plan for employees of subsidiaries, Oslo Børs VPS Holding has sold a total of 2296 shares. New holding is 13402 shares. Employees paid a share price of NOK 158,10 per share, but were allowed a discount of 20% on purchases up to NOK 1,250.
