2019 FSB Roundtable On External Audit

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) held the latest in a series of roundtables on External Audit (“the Roundtable”) in Toronto on 6-7 June, hosted by Canada’s Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), and chaired by Superintendent Jeremy Rudin. The objective of the Roundtable was to engage in constructive dialogue regarding ways to promote international financial stability by enhancing public confidence in auditors and the quality of audits, especially for systemically important financial institutions.

Euronext, the leading pan-European exchange, announces today that it now controls, through direct ownership, irrevocable commitments and acceptances of its offers of 14 January 2019 and 31 May 2019, 97.7% of the total issued and outstanding share capital of Oslo Børs VPS.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 12.04.2019, it has been decided to distribute a dividend of 0.4344 TL per share for 1-TL nominal value and distribution date (which should be no later than 30.06.2019) to be determined by the Board of Directors. In this context, dividend payments are planned to be distributed on 11.06.2019.
