The Hellenic Republic, rated B1 /B+ / BB- / BB (stb/pos/stb/stb), has mandated BNP Paribas, Citi, Goldman Sachs International Bank, HSBC and J.P. Morgan as Joint Lead Managers for a re-opening of the existing March 2029 bonds (ISIN GR0124035693) Reg S Cat1, 144A eligible, CACs to be issued in dematerialised registered form. The (syndicated) transaction will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions. ICMA/FCA stabilisation rules and regulations apply.

Monetary Authority Of Singapore: Two Individuals Convicted Of Fraud In The Trading Of Futures Contracts And Furnishing False Statements To SGX-DT

Mr Jimmy Ng Kian Bin (Mr Jimmy Ng) and Mr Erik Ng Song Hann (Mr Erik Ng) were today convicted and sentenced to 16 weeks’ and 4 weeks’ imprisonment respectively for fraud and dishonest conduct in relation to the trading of futures contracts. Their convictions were a result of a joint investigation conducted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force. The case was referred to MAS by Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading Limited (SGX-DT).

SET Market Report For September 2019

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index at the end of September declined 1.1 percent from the previous month to 1,637.22 points, but gained 4.7 percent from end-2018. The average daily trading value of SET and Market for Alternative Investment (mai) in September was down 1.3 percent from a year earlier to THB 57.42 billion (approx. USD 1.85 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers in September of Thai shares at THB 11.58 billion (approx. USD 373.42 million) in line with regional peers.
