Dalian Commodity Exchange’s 1st Spread Swap Business Completed

New breakthrough has been achieved in the commodity swap business of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) recently. On September 25, Xiamen Xiangyu Logistics Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xiamen Xiangyu Co., Ltd., and Xingye Yinxin Capital Management Co., Ltd. conduct the first commodity swap business with spread as the underlying through the General Service Platform of DCE. This is the first spread swap business since its launching by DCE last month.

- Main trading mode Т+ ("Т+2" order book)
- Odd lots trading mode
- Dark pool trading mode
- Equities D — Main trading mode Т+
- Negotiated trading mode(NTM)
- Equities D (NTM) trading mode
- NTM with CCP trading mode

FSB Sets Out Work To Consider Regulatory Issues Of Stablecoins

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) today published an issues note on regulatory issues of stablecoins. The paper was delivered to G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors for their meeting in Washington D.C this week. It responds to the G20 Leaders’ Osaka Declaration, which noted the importance of monitoring developments in crypto-assets and remaining vigilant to existing and emerging risks, and asked the FSB and other standard‑setting bodies to advise on additional multilateral responses as needed.

Shanghai Stock Exchange Amends, Optimizes Rules On Disciplinary Sanction, Review & Hearing

Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has amended the “SSE Implementation Methods on Review” (the Review Methods for short), the “SSE Implementation Methods on Disciplinary Sanction and Regulatory Measures” (the Disciplinary Sanction Methods for short) and the “SSE Detailed Rules on Implementation for Hearing of Self-regulatory Management” (the Hearing Rules), which shall come into force after being released on October 11, 2019.

SEC And Morehouse College Announce Atlanta Event For Minority Entrepreneurs

The Securities and Exchange Commission and Morehouse College will co-host a panel discussion on strategies to attract investment capital to minority businesses from 4 - 7 p.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 24 during homecoming week. I would like to start by thanking all the participants on the panels for their time and attention today to the important subject of protecting the financial security of elder investors. I also want to thank our Office of Investor Education and Advocacy (OIEA), the Retail Strategy Task Force, the Division of Trading & Markets, and all of the SEC staff who worked to make this event possible. And finally, I want to thank Commissioner Roisman for hosting this event, and his counsel Nick Losurdo. I look forward to working with Commissioner Roisman, Chairman Clayton, and the rest of my colleagues on the Commission as we give careful thought to the ideas discussed today and continue to work toward protecting senior investors.
