Moscow Exchange RUB Penalty Rate Change

According to the decision of CCP NCC starting from December 16, 2019:

• RUB Rollover Rate in FX and Precious Metals Market (SDRUB) is set equal to 12.5%.
• Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market is set equal to 12.5%.
